The urgent problems of functioning of the subjects of anti-drug activity on prevention of drug addiction and non-medical drug use are analyzed in the article. The authors substantiate the necessity of coordinated actions of the above mentioned subjects and law enforcement agencies on prevention of illicit trafficking in drugs.
