Problematic issues of appointment and production of forensically-ballistic expertise in Russia

The article is devoted to problematic procedural issues of the modern ballistic expertise in Russia. It is proposed, in order to improve the quality of the preliminary investigation of crimes connected with illegal circulation of weapons, required to include ballistic expertise in list of mandatory, it is also proposed to conduct research in one comprehensive ballistic expertise, in the expert divisions of the MIA of Russia.
