Problematic issues of appointment of forensic auto technical expertise

The standard mechanism of actions in the process of conducting and assigning forensic examinations is described. Legal issues are presented, which are often put before an expert automotive technician to solve them. The author, after studying the practice of conducting auto-examinations, comes to the conclusion that in some regions of the Russian Federation there is a practice of raising legal questions to experts.
