Problematic issues of the enforcement of the article criminalizing bribery of a contract service employee, contract manager, member of the procurement commission

Currently, the procurement sphere has become one of the relevant areas of public life, which is why the importance of its legal regulation has increased, in particular from the point of view of criminal law. The article discusses current issues of enforcement of article 200.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. By analyzing the norm, the problems of legal technology are determined and ways to solve them are proposed.
