Problem Issues When Filling Out Documents for Primary Recording of Crimes in Internal Affairs Bodies in Transport

The article examines current issues of the reliability of crime recording. The main types of violations committed by investigators and inquiry offi cers when fi lling out statistical cards are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to issues of increasing the effi ciency of control over this area of activity, and amendments to the current legislation in this area are proposed.
