Problematic issues of the subject composition of neighborhood legal relations

Neighborhood relations remain fragmentally regulated in the domestic legal system. The purpose of the article is to offer solutions to problematic issues of the subject composition of neighborhood legal relations. The author comes to the conclusion that in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of neighbors, it is advisable to consider as subjects of neighborhood legal relations all citizens and legal entities who have a contact of interests in the process of using premises, land owned, leased, rented, etc., provided they are in close proximity and (or) the presence of common property. The significance of the article is due to the developed proposals for improving the housing legislation of the Russian Federation.
