Problems of copyright protection

This article is devoted to the consideration of problematic issues of copyright protection. The article analyzes the problematic issues of copyright protection, methods of copyright protection, the mechanisms of combating counterfeit products, studied legislation. At the end of the article the author’s conclusions and suggestions on the essence of the issue are made.
