The problem method in physical education

The article shows that in modern physical education it is necessary to distinguish between genuine and imaginary problems. An important criterion for such a distinction is the attitude towards real contradictions. It is proved that the effectiveness of modern physical education depends on the use in the learning process of genuine problems of an empirical and, especially, theoretical nature.
