Problems of administrative responsibility of minors and ways to solve them

In the article, the readers ' attention is drawn to the relevance of the problems of administrative responsibility of minors in modern Russian society. The reasons for the increase in the Commission of administrative offenses among persons under 18 years of age are considered. The main distinctive features of administrative responsibility of these persons are highlighted. The main legislative acts regulating these legal relations are named. The current problems of modern society, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating administrative responsibility of this category, as well as possible ways to solve them are considered.
