The problems of updating address information in state land cadastre

The article analyzes the reasons for the decline of quality of modern cadastral production in the Russian Federation. Addresses specific objective and subjective factors of inventory and technical errors, which, in particular, to address the existence of two systems in the country. The authors calculated the cost of economic and time losses of the state due to the large amount of inventory returned for revision cases. The ways of solving the problem identified.
