The problems of arterial hypertension in the Siberian region. Literature review

The review reflects the development of early vascular responses to the levels of the microvasculature in hypertension (AH), especially in the prediction of adverse paradoxical reactions to the histamine and acetylcholine. Acute and chronic stress exacerbates the vascular and hormonal imbalance and contributes to the progressive hypertension and early atherosclerosis. Multiorgan pathology and the presence of comorbid conditions in patients with hypertension in the Siberian region are provided by the formation of insulin resistance and the subsequent development of metabolic syndrome, as well as the presence of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia.
