The problems of combating fraud in the field of computer information systems, ways of their solution

This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems faced in the course of law enforcement activities aimed at combating fraud in the field of computer information, as well as finding solutions to these problems, as every year there are new ways and methods of taking someone else's property by interfering in the functioning of information processing. The article identifies and substantiates the main problems arising in a particular direction of combating this type of crime. The author suggests ways to solve these problems, which are the development and implementation of propaganda measures in the company, the involvement of third parties in order to counter fraud in the field of computer information and improve legislation in this area.
