Problems and prospects for the digitalization of the economy at the regional level

The article systematizes the problems of digital transformation of the economy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in conditions when digitalization is recognized as an uncontested option for increasing the competitiveness of the economy of the country, constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The authors substantiate the solution to the problems of digitalization of the economy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation from the standpoint of the insufficient readiness of the regions to master digital technologies, which can be overcome by modern software and project management tools.
