Problems of digitalization of electronic court proceedings and forced enforcement of court deeds

The article examines the features and problems of the process of digitalization of court proceedings in the framework of the execution of judicial acts within the framework of civil procedural law. The features of the functioning of the GAS "Justice" are analyzed, as well as the legislative and technical difficulties associated with this. The article also develops proposals to minimize the identified problems and studies the trends in the development of digital court proceedings.
