Problems of digital transformation of state and municipal services

The article considers various aspects of the digital transformation of public and municipal services. The trends in the digitalization of public and municipal services are analyzed, a significant increase in the number of citizens wishing to receive public and municipal services through the Unified Portal of Public Services is noted, which indicates the need for continuous improvement in this area in order to increase the efficiency of public and municipal bodies. The main problems on the path of digital transformation of public administration are identified: technical problems with the portal, insufficient awareness of users about the rules and requirements for the provision of public services, low digital literacy, digital inequality of the population, insufficient protection of personal data, and a number of obstacles that slow down the process of digital transformation of public and municipal services are noted. As a result of the study, areas of activity are proposed to solve the problems of digital transformation of public and municipal services.
