Nowadays increasing the efficiency of criminal-legal counteraction to corruption crimes needs to be defined legislative notions of corruption; improvement of the criminal law concept of corruption; development of uniform approaches to definition of corruption and its characteristics; ensure the inevitability and differentiation of criminal responsibility; achieve exact conformity of legal regulation to the degree and nature of public danger of crimes of corruption; the use of integrated measures, able to influence the causes and conditions of committing of corruption crimes; objective of the analysis and generalization of judicial and investigation practice on corruption offenses; deficiencies in law enforcement.
