Delegation issues and solutions

The article discusses the authors' points of view on delegation of authority in comparison with the definitions given in classic management textbooks. The authors list the factors that make delegation difficult, and they note the duality of this glimmer, both on the part of management and subordinates. Some authors have made attempts to introduce a degree of readiness for delegation of powers, which seems to be a promising direction for future research on the norm of delegation of powers.
