In article the comparative expert analysis of 100 medical cards of the persons observed concerning the closed stupid trauma of a thorax in one of large Novosibirsk hospitals is presented. The complex estimation of clinical signs and the laboratory data of inspection, including the electrocardiographic data at victims on the basis of presence or absence at them the clinical final diagnosis - "a heart bruise" is given.
