Problems of proof in juvenile crimes cases

The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the investigation of criminal cases involving juvenile offenders. The study examines issues related to the criminal activity of adolescents, its dynamics and social factors contributing to offenses. Particular attention is paid to the legal aspects related to the age of criminal responsibility, as well as the use of alternative measures of influence, such as educational institutions and rehabilitation programs. The article also analyzes in detail the process of formation of the personality of the teenager, the role of parents and the social environment in the development of law-abidingness, as well as the need for an integrated approach to collecting evidence, including medical and psychological examinations. The difficulties arising in the collection and evaluation of evidence, as well as the importance of protecting the rights of minors in the process of criminal proceedings are highlighted.
