The problems of admissibility of evidence in the criminal process

The article discusses proving in the criminal process. It is stated that the proof of actual circumstances of a case takes place at all stages of the criminal process. Special attention is paid to the issue of admissibility of evidence. The author believes that for the proper resolution of a criminal case it is enough to present several qualitative evidences leaving no room for doubt in the adoption of one or another decision, rather than providing the maximum number of all possible evidences.
