Financial problems in cases of advocates’ assignment

Purpose: To research current Russian legislation concerning the payments covering advocates’ participation in the cases of assignment. The purpose of this article is also to identify significant problems in financing instruments of such activity. Methodology: The dialectical, formal-legal, comparative, statistical, systematic methods were used. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a scientific and practical value, because it represents the results of conducted research of the financing instruments to cover advocates’ participation in the cases of assignment, it also contains proposals to improve the financing instruments.
