The problems of innovation development financing and conversion programs of the defensive-industrial complex enterprises are considered in the present article. The use of instruments far tax stimulation as an additional source of the innovation development financing of the defensive-industrial complex and of regional economy on the base of using its innovation potential are substantiated in this article.
