In article the main problems of financing of innovative activity of the Russian oil and gas companies are opened. The main share in financing of innovative activity of the oil and gas companies is the share of the state financial support of the oil and gas companies at implementation of large-scale innovative projects today. The attention to need of application of an integrated approach to formation of sources of financing is paid that will allow to create in the long term an effective funding mechanism for innovative activity of the oil and gas companies in Russia.
