Problems of financing municipal education

This article discusses the problem associated with the limited capabilities of the municipality in the implementation of projects of social, cultural and social significance. At all times, investments were required for the successful implementation of the project, the larger the project, the more funds it requires for its implementation, since the municipality is a public authority exercising state authority, then the projects have a public interest. In this regard, the relevance of this topic is expressed in the desire of the state to expand the powers of municipalities to increase cash flows in order to implement public projects.
