Problems of financing social benefits in the Kyrgyz Republic

The proposed scientific article considers problems of financing social benefits in the Kyrgyz Republic (KR). Manage social development by acting as a regulator of people’s behavior, targeting people to achieve this goal and within the framework of public relations that are essentially management relationships. In the social sphere, problems are becoming essential because it is necessary to increase funds for the population, as well as facilities to meet the growing demand for social needs.
