Problems of financial guarantees in tourist activity in the Russian Federation

In the article modern problems of the financial guarantees in the sphere of tourism established by the Law of the Russian Federation "On the principles of tourist activities in the Russian Federation" are brought to light. Special attention is paid to the contract of insurance of tour operator responsibility, as the most widespread form of a financial guarantee in tourist practice. Topical issues of distribution of responsibility towards the tourist between subjects of tourist activity are reviewed
