Problems of formation of state administration authorities of Buryatia in national historiography

This article analyzes the degree of study the problem of formation and evolution of state administration authorities of the country and of the Buryat Republic in 1920-2000s. The urgent and less researched topic is considered, it has not been developed on the basis of integrated and comprehensive approach in the national historiography. The work on systematization of literature and various sources has been done, it allows to reveal the process of forming a government at a reasonably and sufficiently scientific level. Opinions and assessments of political figures, famous managers, researchers, consistently reflect changes in the approaches to this problem taking into account the peculiarities of state-building in various historical periods. An attempt has been made to reflect the history of the formation the legislative, executive, and administrative bodies of the country and the Republic. The submitted analysis proves that the authorities constantly paid attention to nation-building strengthening, improving the legal framework for the fruitful development in all spheres of social life. Some assessment of their work has been given from modern points of view, as well as of having been available contradictions and missed opportunities.
