Problems of formation and use of population incomes: regional aspect

Absrtact. The study is devoted to the study of income dynamics of the population, considered as a structural element of the regional economy. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the structure of income of the population of the Vologda Oblast, as well as the dynamics of expenditures and consumption of the population of the region, changes in its savings, are considered. The study is based on general scientific methods of comparison, synthesis, analysis, synthesis. The article based on a retrospective analysis determined that in the Vologda Oblast there is a decrease in this type of income of the population as wages caused by the redistribution in the structure of cash receipts due to an increase in the share of social benefits, as well as other income. The study of the structure of monetary incomes of the population revealed that the largest contribution to the formation of the total income of the population of the Vologda Oblast is made by state-financed income - remuneration of labor activity and social benefits...
