Governmentand state-provided e-servicesystem: creation and development prospects

The article defines the concepts of «state-provided e-service» and «e-government», identifies their correlation and the major barriers to the introduction of government- and state-provided e-service system in Russian. The authors classify the principal deterrents to the e-service system development and consider the prospects of this service sphere.
