The problem of national legal culture formatoin in Kyrgyzstan

Started in the first half of 1990-s, the reforms in Kyrgyz Republic were carried out under pronouncedly pro- western orientation(a choice between 'Swiss', 'Turkish', 'Japanese ' models of development).Alongside with this process values of the West-European legal culture such as individualism bordering on egocentrism, the private property worshiping, setting the international law prior to the national one, attaching marginal features to ethnic and cultural identity,etc., were put forward as the most significant legal culture achievements of the world civilization.
