Problems of formation legal worldview of lawyers and society in the XXI century

Purpose: The article analyzes the existing views on the legal worldview in jurisprudence and attempts to identify the essential role of this component in the practical activities of society and lawyers, on the basis of which it is possible to form a system-activity model of theoretical and legal understanding of reality. Methodology: The researcher used worldview, formal-logical and system-activity methods. Results: Scientific research of the problem allowed to reveal the distinctive features of the legal worldview and its role in the legal consciousness of society and lawyers. The legal worldview acts as a reflection in the consciousness of society of ideas about the fundamental driving principles of law, its nature in relation to the universe, the picture of the world. It allows us to «embed» law and its many manifestations in the overall picture of the world, to find its necessary place and role in natural and social processes.
