Problem of formation of regional investment policy

The essence of regional investment policy and its role in solution of economic and social problems is treated. Interrelations of state investment policy and that of a region are under research. The conditions for effective realisation of regional investment policy are described. Tasks of strategic as well as tactic character due to be solved in the process of its implementation are singled out. Principles for its formation are offered.
