Problems of formation of managerial innovations in organizations of investment and construction sector

The research is devoted to the development of the problem of genetic conceptual and procedural analysis (GCPA) of organizational and managerial activities in the structures of the investment and construction sphere (ICS) for further development of innovative mechanisms for improving management systems efficiency on the basis of genetic conceptual and procedural design (GCPD). GCPA was implemented in the work on the basis of well-known programs for the analysis of texts by comparing the concept of the activity of the regional ministry of construction and the regulations of its separate structural units. After the GCPA for top management, recommendations were made for implementation of the GCPD for innovative organizational and managerial regulations of the surveyed structures and for the introduction of an integrated approach - genetic conceptual and procedural analysis and design (GCPA&D) of organizations.
