Problems of formation (implementation) of the digital platform of municipal property management

The article focuses on the scientific study of the ongoing processes of introducing digital platforms for managing urban property and exercising control by people. Having studied the information on the property of the city of Perm, its use, and the availability of citizens using Internet resources, the authors considered the possibility of scientific argumentation for the introduction of an accessible digital platform for property management. The article notes that the analysis of the use of property for the townspeople is relevant today. It is shown that there are peculiar problems in the management of municipal property (leasing). The conducted analytical and research work is represented by an assessment of the socio-economic consequences for the city with insufficient control over municipal property. The presented research is based on a theoretical research method, which showed that the public control of the residents of the city of Perm is not fulfilling sufficient requirements for the provision of services in electronic form. This study examines the need to establish a digital platform for urban property management. Scientific novelty lies in the study of the existing situation with municipal property from the point of view of public consumption in the form of services provided. Considered is one of several areas of property use, its lease, which allows the author to formulate in the conclusion the direction of improving the existing situation. Based on the generalization of the data obtained, the article draws conclusions and provides recommendations that can be taken into account by local governments when developing strategic plans for the development of a municipal formation and roadmaps for managing municipal property.
