Problems in functioning of mechanism of creation and development of regional innovation infrastructure

The analysis of the results of the contest on the support of the Samara Region innovation structure development projects is carried out. Conclusions on positive and negative points of the analysis are made, the results are generalised, recommendations related to its further implementation are formulated.
