Issues of the state financial management in the context of the administrative reform in the Russian Federation

The author proves that the task of conceptual comprehension of objectives and prospective of the administrative reforming in the sphere of state financial management should be set and solved in a wide context of administration reform carrying out in Russia. The author considers that only such approach reflecting the systematic integration of the financial and economic zone into public and state life, its connection with all other fields of public life can provide real efficiency of the administrative reform.
