Problems of state governance of the education sphere in the region and some ways of their solution (on the example of the Moscow region)

The publication discusses certain problems of public education management at the regional level. It is stated that in the case of the Moscow region, the corresponding problems relate to issues of staffing and competence, financial management, inefficiency of the current state of digitalization, insufficient interaction of regional authorities and the public, etc. Some individual solutions to systematically overcome the identified problems that can also be implemented are presented. in public administration systems of general secondary education in other subjects of the federation.
