Recent radiocarbon dating of Neolithic monuments in the Upper and Central parts of the Kama Region allows dating the Neolithic time frame in this region back to the second half of 6000 BC-beginning of 4000 BC. As Novoilinskiy culture of the Early Eneolithic can be dated back to the end of 5000 BC-beginning of 3000 BC, the turn of 5000 BC-4000 BC can be defined as a period of coexistence of Late Neolithic and Early Eneolithic monuments on the territory of the Kama region.
