Problems and further improvement of antimonopoly legislation in Russia

This article discusses the problems of the antimonopoly legislation of the Russian Federation and the ways of its further improvement. The effectiveness of the application of Federal Law No. 135 "On Protection of Competition", including the judicial practice of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, is analyzed. The prospects of the antimonopoly regulation process are outlined, as well as the directions and main powers of the Federal Antimonopoly Service are considered.
