Problems and efficiency investment policy regions

The article analyzes the challenges to improve the effectiveness of regional investment policy. Information basis for research acted as the official state statistics data and materials of the annual sociological surveys of enterprises and organizations (on the example of the Vologda region). A set of measures, which will enhance the processes of reproduction, to strengthen the foundations for sustainable socio-economic development of regions.
