Problems and peculiarities of socio-economic development of regions in Russia

The questions of searching for optimal balance within the trinity «territorial development - development area -development territory» are considered, the way to which for Russia, in contrast to west-european countries, should be different taking into account the sizes and territory development degree in Russia.
