Problems and prospects of innovative development of the subjects of the Russian Federation (on the example of the Republic of Dagestan)

In the current conditions of the formation of an innovative economy in Russia, the most important strategic task of Dagestan is to create a regional innovation system. The article analyzes the innovative climate of the Republic of Dagestan, identifies the main problems, as well as the causes of their occurrence, suggests measures that contribute to the formation of an innovation system in the country.
