Problems and prospects of development of mortgage lending in the Republic of Tatarstan

The article deals with the problems and prospects of development of mortgage lending on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016 - 2018. The pros and cons of today's system of mortgage lending and the beginning of the state as a consumer of these services are also given. Many examples are given that show that it is necessary to improve the system of mortgage lending.
