Problems and prospects of development of the mentoring and tutoring activities in sport schools of the Republic of Tatarstan, applying new and Soviet INIAI

This article discusses the problems of mentoring tutor activity in sports schools. Mentoring was studied on the example of MBU TO "DYUSSH № 4 zmr RT", identified the existing problems and prospects for the development of tutor activity with the use of new technologies, namely the introduction of new approaches to additional education: competence, system - activity, interactive in order to build an adaptive environment.
