Problems and prospects of development of the pension fund of Russia

The paper discusses the General mechanisms of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, as well as the dynamics of revenues and payments of the Fund from 2010 to 2017. The reasons why the government of the Russian Federation has put forward a draft law on pension reform are shown. Recommendations on elimination of the negative consequences which are not considered at development of the bill of pension reform are given.
