Problems and the prospects of development of restaurant business in Russia

In this article features, problems of development of restaurant business in Russia are considered. Special attention is paid to the reasons of rapid growth of the domestic market of restaurant services. Separately development of tea clubs and the casual dining enterprises is considered. Authors have made an attempt to prove the reasons of short life cycle of the Russian restaurant institutions.
