Problems and prospects for the development of the court system of general and special jurisdiction

Building the rule of law in Russia is impossible without creating a strong and independent judiciary, operating on the basis of universally recognized democratic principles of administration of justice. The article examines the problems and prospects for the development of the system of courts of general and special jurisdiction, since the Russian Federation is currently at the stage of building a rule-of-law state, which is based on the separation of powers into legislative, executive and judicial.
