Problems and prospects of development of the construction industry in Russia

In Russia, construction is one of the key sectors of the economy. The increased interest in the industry is due to the climatic conditions in the Russian Federation, since construction is designed, among other things, to improve the human environment. The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the construction industry in Russia. During the analysis of the economic situation of the industry, a number of indicators affecting the volume of residential and non-residential construction were considered. In addition, the paper identifies factors that limit the activities of Russian construction organizations and the prospects for the development of this branch of the economy.
