Problems and prospects of development of human resources management in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article is devoted to the analysis of topical issues and trends in the field of human resource management in the country. The paper examines the key problems faced by the labor market of Kazakhstan, such as demographic changes, migration processes, lack of qualified personnel and uneven distribution of labor resources by region. Special attention is paid to government initiatives and programs aimed at improving human resource management, as well as the potential for the introduction of modern methods and technologies in this area. In conclusion, the prospects for the development of labor resources are analyzed taking into account global and national economic challenges, and recommendations are proposed to improve the effectiveness of labor and employment policies.
