Problems and Prospects for the Development of Interaction Between Departments of Internal Affairs Bodies in the Implementation of Operational Search Activities

This article examines current issues and prospects for developing cooperation between various departments of internal affairs agencies in the context of investigative operations, using the Chelyabinsk Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as an example. Based on a study of the regulatory framework, scientific works, and practical examples, key systemic problems in cooperation are identified: departmental disunity, systemic organizational, technological, and personnel issues.
